Frequently asked questions
Who counts as a participant?
Every person who plays. A team of 5 people counts as 5 participants. Test participants are not counted.
What if more people join than the plan allows?
We warn you at 80%. When you reach the limit, you can add 50 participants for 15 € or move to a bigger plan. We never stop an event that is already running.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. If you move to Organiser within 30 days of buying an Event, we credit the 39 €.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and pay by card on the secure SumUp page, and the plan starts right away. Or choose an invoice: it arrives by email straight away, and the plan starts as soon as payment arrives.
Can I withdraw and get a refund?
A private person can withdraw in the account within 14 days of buying (Subscription → Withdrawing from a purchase). We refund what was paid minus the part already used. Once the event with participants has taken place, or after 14 days, there is no refund. Requests from companies and institutions are reviewed individually.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. The invoice shows the same amount.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The Start plan only needs a sign-up.
What is AI answer checking?
An extra paid service on any plan. In text checkpoints AI accepts typos, synonyms and creative answers by your rules, and you can change every decision. 0,05 € per check, first 10 free; the previous day's checks are invoiced the next day.
